Quebec Law 25 requires transparency at the point of collection. Here is exactly what happens to the information you submit below.

  • Why this is collected: to evaluate your inquiry, send a personal reply, and (if we work together) prepare a quote. Nothing else.
  • How it is collected: through this secure HTTPS form. The submission is verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, sent by email through Resend, and stored as a private conversation thread on Cloudflare D1 so a reply is possible.
  • Who sees it: only Olivier La Haye (OLH Photographie). The technical providers handling delivery are Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, D1) and Resend (email); if you use the optional venue look-up, Google handles that address search. Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec, in the United States. None of them can read or repurpose your message beyond delivering it.
  • How long: your conversation is kept as long as you may need a reply or follow-up. You can ask for deletion any time.
  • Your rights: under Law 25 you can access, correct, withdraw, or delete your information any time. Use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”.
  • Person responsible: Olivier La Haye, owner of OLH Photographie, is the Person Responsible for the Protection of Personal Information (RPRP). To reach the RPRP, use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”.
