OLH Photographie is operated by Olivier La Haye, a professional photographer based in Quebec City, Canada. For any questions about an order, use the contact form.
Product Description
Purchased photos are final, professionally retouched JPEG files, delivered at full resolution and without watermark. Retouching is part of the process: what you receive is the finished file, at the full resolution of the final edit, never a RAW file or an unprocessed camera file. The previews displayed on the website are reduced-quality and do not represent the final quality of the delivered product.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total price is displayed before order submission. No taxes are charged (small supplier not registered for GST/QST). After you submit your order, a PayPal invoice will be sent within 1 to 2 business days. Payment is required before delivery.
Delivery
Photos are delivered by email or file transfer link to the address provided during the order. Delivery is completed within 10 business days of payment confirmation.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (s. 54.8 and following), you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the order summary if the required pre-contractual information was not fully provided. If no summary is received within 15 days of the order, the cancellation period is 30 days. To cancel, use the contact form and include your order number.
Refunds
If you cancel within the allowed period and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued within 15 days of the cancellation request. If files have already been delivered, a refund may be offered at the photographer's discretion. If there is a technical issue with delivered files, please contact us for a replacement.
Usage License
Purchased photos are licensed for personal use only. You may print, display, and share them on your personal social media. Any commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification of the photos without prior written authorization from the photographer is prohibited. For a commercial license, use the contact form.
Image usage rightsPrivacy
Information collected during an order (name, email, order details) is used exclusively for processing and delivering your order, and for tax record-keeping as required by the CRA (6 years). Your information is never sold or shared for promotional purposes without your explicit consent. See our privacy policy for full details.
Privacy policySupport and Dispute Resolution
If you have paid but have not received your photos within the expected timeframe, or if you have questions about your order, use the contact form and include your order number. In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. This contract is governed by the laws of Quebec.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec City.

Are taxes added at checkout?
No. No taxes are charged: OLH Photographie is a small supplier not registered for GST/QST. The total you see before ordering is the amount of the PayPal invoice. (See §3.)
When will I receive my photos?
A PayPal invoice is sent within 1–2 business days of your order. Once payment is confirmed, files are delivered within 10 business days by email or transfer link. (See §3–§4.)
Can I use the photos commercially?
Purchased photos are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification needs prior written permission. For a commercial licence, use the contact form. (See §7 and the Image Usage Rights page.)
What should I do if a file won't open?
Contact us for a replacement. If there's a technical issue with delivered files, we'll provide a working copy. (See §6.)
How do I cancel an order?
