Your name, email and project details are used only to reply to you. Nothing is shared with advertisers or marketing lists, and you can withdraw consent any time.

Quebec Law 25 requires transparency at the point of collection. Here is exactly what happens to the information you submit below.

  • Why this is collected: to evaluate your inquiry, send a personal reply, and (if we work together) prepare a quote. Nothing else.
  • How it is collected: through this secure HTTPS form. The submission is verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, sent by email through Resend, and stored as a private conversation thread on Cloudflare D1 so a reply is possible.
  • Who sees it: only Olivier La Haye (OLH Photographie). The technical providers handling delivery are Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, D1) and Resend (email). They cannot read or repurpose the contents beyond delivering them.
  • How long: your conversation is kept as long as you may need a reply or follow-up. You can ask for deletion any time.
  • Your rights: under Law 25 you can access, correct, withdraw, or delete your information any time. Use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request”.
